Training ride milage increasing
My training continues, my rides are over 40 miles now. I plan on averaging 70 miles a day. I'm taking breaks, getting off the bike, and just walking around a little. I'm including lots of elevation gain, I have to be ready to ride over all those mountain passes. I have six weeks to go, it's coming up fast.
How much weight are you putting on your bike during your training rides? Just curious.
ReplyDeleteI have not started adding weight yet. My plan is to ride fully loaded, about 50#, the last 2 weeks before I leave.
