Training ride milage increasing

 My training  continues, my rides are over 40 miles now. I plan on averaging 70 miles a day. I'm taking breaks, getting  off the bike, and just walking around a little. I'm including  lots of elevation gain, I  have to be ready to ride over all those mountain  passes. I have six weeks to go, it's  coming up fast.

  1. How much weight are you putting on your bike during your training rides? Just curious.

    1. I have not started adding weight yet. My plan is to ride fully loaded, about 50#, the last 2 weeks before I leave.
